As you prepare for the battle to stop Arizona foreclosure, here are some steps to follow:

Step back and take a deep breath.Take a hard look at your finances—income and expenses.Call the lender and discuss options available, such as making a partial payment.Check to see if you meet the criteria for special assistance.Seek counseling from a non-profit agency.If all else fails, you should be able to at least delay the foreclosure by filing for bankruptcy.  But this should be a last resort to stop Arizona foreclosure for a while.
