Putting It All Into Words

Preparing your retirement speech requires a few helpful steps for the best results.  First, you’ll want to ensure you’ve set aside enough time to begin putting the speech together.  You’ll naturally wish to make mention of your many achievements, as well as how much you and your organization have grown together.  You’ll want to continue your retirement speech by thanking all who’ve assisted you along the way, and injecting some humor to boot.  Then, wrap up by promising to stay connected to all your colleagues.  They’ll miss you – but not so much, if you stay in touch.
