Abuse of the GPS Device

Being commercially available, people may buy GPS for various purposes necessary for them. There is no law banning their sale or their use, so in other words, their use is allowed. There have been many abuses in the use of gps tracking device, but there is still no law that regulates its use. Though on the side of the police, the law covers the use of the GPS in tracking would-be suspects. At some cases, the court even requires the police to at least apply for a search warrant from a judge and there is no such limitation imposed onto the civilians.
