Virus claims that administrator has disabled the task manager

My computer began acting all funny after I had visited the site projectplaylist.com. It is very slow and is popping up spyware detection. When I disabled the internet, it says that 17pholmes72.exe error. I have never heard of it before. It claims that the administrator has disabled the task manager. Any help would be appreciated
