Satellite TV gets weaker over distance
By the time the satellite tv service signal reaches your home, it has grown weaker because of the vast distance the signal has spanned. This is a good thing for the satellite television providers, as it means that only paying customers can receive the signal. The signal has to be received via a proper satellite dish - which, of course, you’ll have to buy from your satellite television provider.
We’ve all seen satellite dishes of various shapes and sizes perched on or around houses in our neighbourhood.
