Letting a cat get exercise is very important to their cat health care. Over weight cats have many health problems and live much shorter lives then do cats that get plenty of exercise. There are so many ways to give a cat exercise that seem more like games and playtime then they do exercise. You probably give your cat exercise already but don't even realize it because it is a fun time. Putting a feather on the end of a stick helps the cat by jumping up and down. Having a long piece of string off a ball of yarn and running around the house is wonderful exercise for your cat and for you also.
