A friend of mine once said to me that living with credit is like living with a woman. Sometimes difficult to live with, yet more difficult to live without. I began to realize how right he was when I got myself into some financial trouble about two years ago. I just couldn’t afford to pay my living expenses and credit card payments, and had to go into default. It took me almost a year to make up the backlog, and what a difficult time it was. I kicked myself every time I had to wait in line at the bank to pay a bill or draw money, and promised myself two things. One that I would never get myself back into such a mess, and secondly that as soon as I could, I would restore my credit score, so that I could have the use of my credit card again. I had to do some research on what it took to have a positive impact on my credit score the way I had a negative impact. Turns out credit repair is actually fairly easy. Now I monitor my credit scores and watch for false reports or any problems so I can take care of it right away.

The time has come to get more info on Loan Amortization Schedules.
I need to figure out what the payments will be so I can figure out if I can afford this loan.
So I’ve been searching for info on Loan Amortization Schedule for the past few days, and found some good info.
Once I get the numbers sorted out I should be able to make a good decision.

I’ve been looking into
Medical School Loans, and man is it scary. I can’t even conceive of putting together that much money.
Researching
Medical School Loans has caused me to lose more than one night of sleep. It looks like I’ll be in debt for most of my life.
Even on a doctor’s salary, it’s hard to imagine paying off that level of debt load.
I’m sure I’ll have more to say about this down the line.

I’ve been curious lately about No Cosigner Student Loans.
I’d rather not have to ask Dad to co-sign on my loans. I just don’t want to deal with it.
I’ve done some research on the Internet on Loans For Undergrads With Not So Good Credit. What a depressing process it’s been.
All the debt is scary, but I know it will be worth it.
Gotta Run for now. More later.

I am wondering if I can get a mortgage directly from a bank, and whether this might not work out to be a better deal than going through a mortgage services company or a broker since there wouldn’t be any middlemen involved. Or does it end up being more expensive since the bank does less volume in mortgages than a mortgage company might? Can anyone tell me more about this possibility? I would think a local bank might want to get more of my business so they might be willing to offer me a good deal, but I am not sure if it works out this way.

I’ve been researching
Financing Medical School, and it terrifies me. The sums of money involved are almost beyond my comprehension.
From what I’ve learned about
Medical School Loan Repayment, the process basically boils down to taking on a staggering debt load. It’s a truly discouraging prospect.
I can’t even fathom how to pay it all off. The idea is stressing me out bigtime.
What do you think?

I really need to learn more about
Annuity Loans. I’ve run into a bit of a snag in my research, though.
Reading up on Small Structured Annuity Loans has been a challenge. There are so many sites out there, and it’s hard to know who has the best info.
Getting an annuity loan, or selling my annuity outright, could be a way to keep inflaion from eating away all its value. But it’s hard to know up front for sure.
For now I’ll just keep looking.
More on this soon.

Credit counseling can help, and debt consolidation services typically will negotiate on your behalf. Debt consolidation is the first and the most important step towards the elimination of credit debt. Credit card interest rates can be extremely high, particularly if you can only afford to make the minimum payment on your card each month. If you want to erase credit card debt once and for all, you need a plan to eliminate credit card debt management. Debt consolidation is the preferable for credit card debt without having to declare bankruptcy in the process.

As you prepare for the battle to stop Arizona foreclosure, here are some steps to follow:
Step back and take a deep breath.Take a hard look at your finances—income and expenses.Call the lender and discuss options available, such as making a partial payment.Check to see if you meet the criteria for special assistance.Seek counseling from a non-profit agency. If all else fails, you should be able to at least delay the foreclosure by filing for bankruptcy. But this should be a last resort to stop Arizona foreclosure for a while.
