The Creation of a Corporation

The initial step you take in forming a corporation is to file the Articles of Incorporation with the right agency of the government. Normally, it is filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the country. Included in the articles of incorporation are the general nature of the corporation, the amount of authorized stock, and the names and addresses of the directors. Then, after the approval of the articles, the meeting of the directors should result in creation of the bylaws that will be used to govern the internal functions of the corporation.
