Pay Off Old Bankruptcy Debt?
If you think that going back a few years later after having used Bankruptcy services and completing a chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy to pay your debts will help remove the bankruptcy from your credit report, you are wrong.
Once you have used the services of a bankruptcy attorney and successfully had your debt discharged by a court of law in the US, your debt no longer exists, so why try to pay for it?
If you filed Chapter 13, then you already have a plan in place to repay debts, but chapter 7 effectively gets rid of the debt you file for.
Nothing will remove bankruptcy from your report.
