A multifunction color printer will save much of your desk space
In my small office I have a not too big desk for myself. As I do almost all my work on the PC I needed printer, a scanner, a copier and also a fax machine for sending and receiving fax. I decided to buy them but I realized that after putting all of them on my desk there will be hardly any space left for me to do the writing work. I came across an advertisement in the newspaper about an all in one Multifunction Color Printer which was capable of performing all these tasks. I was excited and after buying the same I am too happy as it not only saved my space but also money as buying all the machines separately would have been a much costly affair.
